Our 8-Year warranty covers Top Bull / Plumbair condenser brackets against manufacturing defects and product faults for the duration of the warranty period under normal use. To be eligible for a warranty claim, you must have the faulty product (complete with all parts and accessories), show a valid proof of purchase and contact the below to obtain a Return Authorization request.

Your warranty may be voided if:

●The product is physically damaged

●The product is installed by an unqualified person

●The product is subject to excessive force or repetitive/undue strain such as standing on bracket

●The product is dismantled, modified, cut or deformed

●The product is painted, marked or soiled from installation or improper use

●The product is subject to extreme weather.

Your warranty does not cover:

●Damage to other equipment.

●Shipping costs, if requested, associated with returned goods.

●Loss of income/revenue resulting from downtime.

●The failure, corrosion or rust of non-critical accessories such as nuts / bolts.

●Costs associated with removing permanently installed items.

●Technical or hardware incompatibility.

●Damage from environmental conditions (e.g.: salt air, rust or corrosion).

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.”
